***The next Buteyko workshop is combined with Session 1 of the Wellness Workshop. This is suitable for anyone who wants to learn Buteyko. 2 further follow up sessions need to be booked when just learning Buteyko.
***The 4 session Wellness Workshop are run every week by demand only. It is expected that people attend all 4 sessions, no matter which session they begin with. Each session runs for 2 hours, with both theoretical and practical components of each therapy demonstrated and discussed. Please contact us to discuss booking times.
Session 1: Buteyko Breathing (theoretical and practical information)
Session 2: Mind/Emotional Wellbeing. (includes Z-point session)
Session 3: Resonance Therapy & Supplementation, including Laetrile (B17).
Session 4: Nutritional Information - dietary guidelines, Weight Loss issues etc.
The 'Foundations for
